It's January 25th! And it's 2PM Junho's birthday! Saengil chuka hamnida~ Hottest around the world decided to trend #GiveItToJunho on twitter during Junho's birthday. And guess what? It did came out #1 on worldwide trending topic! Good job Hottest!


And here's a pic of my bb Junho. He's the type who doesn't talk much on TV shows, but full of charisma and charm on stage. Yet, he's caring and kind-hearted to everyone. That is why he's my bias <3

resepi homemade kimchi


Salam..

Guess what?? Setelah lama mengidam kimchi, dan setelah berpeluang godek2 resepi kimchi kat internet, I have made my own kimchi! Yup, dan rasa dia, sedap! Macam kimchi yang makan kat kedai tu.Hehehe.

So nak resepi dia tak? Jang2~ Aku dapat ilham resepi kimchi dari blog ni (trimas bagi idea wat kimchi). Tapi aku ubah sikit, konon nak create my own version lah katakan hehe. So here goes:

Bahan2 kimchi (sukatan tertakluk kepada citarasa masing2):

Satu biji kubis cina - yg medium size
Lobak putih - yang kecil je, kalau nak letak banyak, beli lah yang besar
Garam - secukup rasa
Gula - 2 sudu besar
Daun bawang - 3 batang
Bawang putih - 7~8 clove
Halia - dalam seinci sebab nanti rasa dia kuat sangat
Chilli flakes (brand Giant) - letak dalam 3 sudu besar, kalau suka pedas, letak banyak lagi
Chilli powder (brand Baba's) - 2 sudu besar
Sos ikan - 4 sudu besar

- korang boleh ubah amount bahan2 ni, sebab dia depends on saiz kubis, lobak, atau kepedasan yang korang suka.
  1. Belah kubis kepada dua bahagian. Basuh bersih2. Jangan cerai2kan daun dia.
  2. Rendam kubis dalam air garam, sukatan garam tu depends on air banyak mana. Letak garam dalam air sampai air tu rasa macam air laut. Pastikan semua bahagian kubis tenggelam dalam air garam tu.
  3. Rendam kubis tu dalam 4-5 jam. Rasa kubis tu sama ada dah cukup masin tak. Rasa bahagian batang dia, kalau dah masin, means dah ok. Kalau belum, rendam lagi. Nak rendam semalaman pun boleh.
  4. After dah rendam, basuh/bilas kubis tu untuk hilangkan air garam. Then perah kubis tu macam korg perah kain. Pastikan takde air dalam kubis, kalau tak nanti kubis korang mungkin berkulat/rosak masa fermentation process nanti. Kalau tak boleh perah, tuskan je dalam sejam.

Sekarang, untuk sos pula:
  1. Bawang putih, halia, dikisar/cincang halus. Campurkan dengan chilli flakes, chilli powder, gula, daun bawang, lobak putih yang dah diparut, sos ikan. Gaul sampai sebati.
  2. Then ambil kubis dan lumurkan sos ke atas kubis, layer by layer. Pastikan semua daun kubis tu kena sos tu. Amaran: Jangan lumur pakai tanga nanti berapi tangan tu taktau naaaa.
  3. Then, masuk dalam bekas.

Fermentation process:
  1. Korang boleh pilih nak fermented kimchi or fresh kimchi. Fresh kimchi rasa dia kurang masam berbanding fermented kimchi. Fermented kimchi memang sangat sesuai buat kimchi jjigae (kimchi stew) or kimchi fried rice sebab rasa dia yang masam2.
  2. Bagi yang suka fermented kimchi, boleh lah biarkan bekas tu kat suhu bilik dulu. After sehari dua, dah boleh masuk peti ais.
  3. Bagi yang suka fresh kimchi, boleh straight masukkan kimchi tu dalam peti ais. Kimchi tu still akan continue fermenting, tapi lambat sikit lah dia jadi fermented kimchi.

day 4 of terputus bekalan air


it's been 4 days rumah ni terputus bekalan air.
in fact, the whole kajang impian, seksyen 7 bangi, sg chua and a few other places in kajang dah terputus bekalan air since 4 hari lepas.
bayangkan, even sehari tak ada air pun dah tak selesa. ni kan pulak 4 hari?
tak tahu nak cakap apa dah.

tadi call SYABAS, diorang pun tak boleh nak confirmkan bila bekalan air akan ada balik.
dalam 4 hari ni, baru 2 kali lori tangki SYABAS datang kat apartment ni.
dan aku tak larat nak turun bawah angkut air dgn baldi smpai banyak2 kali.

so please SYABAS, do something instead of bawa lori tangki tu datang sini.
at least, dalam sehari tu, sambunglah bekalan air untuk 2 or 3 jam. ni tak, setitik air pun tak ada. rasa geram dan marah yang teramat dah ni!! ><

updated: after seminggu terputus bekalan air, finally dh ada air. seminggu takde air kt rumah, housemate pun lari~ >< walaupun dh ada air, tapi 2,3 hari first tu air karat..tgk lah beza air paip dgn air mineral ni..wuu TT

nasib baik skrg air dh bersih ^^

say kimchii~


new layout! suka tak suka tak? hihi.
tapi main topic kali ni is kimchi.
tadaa!

suka sangat instant kimchi ni.
boleh masuk dalam maggi, or nak buat kimchi jjigae(sup kimchi?) pun boleh.
hari tu masa korean food festival aku beli 2 je.satu paket RM2.00 lebih.
sekarang dah menyesal.tak cukup!
semalam pergi times square cari, tapi dah habis..TT
siapa tahu kat mana ada jual ni?angkat tangan please!
if takde then kena buat kimchi sendiri la.
baru je usha2 resipi kimchi yg dh di'malaysia'kan kat internet hari tu.
so next year, i mean next week boleh la cuba buat.
kena gather bahan2 dulu.hihi.

aaaa still mengidam kimchi for today's dinner~ TT
maggi + kimchi. sangat sedap okay walaupun nampak tak berapa menyelerakan.zzz.

dulu cakap taknak on hiatus dah.
tapi dah 4 bulan tak update blog.apekesni??

sebenarnya niat di hati memang nak update hari2.
tapi..tapi..cop!taknak bagi alasan!
mulai hari ni erm2, kalau tak boleh update hari2 pun,
kena jugak selalu update!*azam membara*

ha! baru perasan takde apa2 special untuk entry kali ni kan?

[keranakamisukamakan] The Street Cafe, Sunway Pyramid

Hi!!! Kali ni entry bertajuk besar keranakamisukamakan, read as kerana kami suka makan. Kali ni tempat makan yang terpilih ialah...The Street Cafe, Sunway Pyramid. Entah kenapa last week tiba2 rasa nak makan makanan Korea. Jadi punyalah jauh drive dari Bangi ke Sunway semata2 nak makan kat sini.So dari intro kat atas, dah tau kan, yang The Street Cafe ni provide makanan Korea..so taknak cakap banyak..Kita zaasssss layan foto2 di bawah~

Each of us ordered Set Beef Bulgogi Bibimbap, at the price of RM10.90 if I'm not mistaken. Set ni ada bulgogi bibumbap + kimchi + soup of the day

We also ordered Deokbokki, or emm Raboki is the name in the menu (Ramen + Deokbokki = Raboki) Rasa dy manis2 pedas.SANGAT pedas.


And disebabkan kami sedikit tamak pada hari tu, kami juga order this BBQ Chicken Stick. Rasa dia sweet + sour. Yang penting, sedap!!


And here is our drinks..Crushed Pear Juice. Juice ni rasa macam air epal + pear, tapi boleh rasa isi2 pear yang dah dihancurkan tu. Sedap sangat! 1 tin = RM4.90


Annddd sebab sedap sagat, semua pun nak ambil gambar ngan tin crushed pear juice ni..zZzZ

Kat sini pun ada Korean Tea, harga dia if tak silap, RM1.90, and yang seronok, it's free flow~ So boleh tambah suka2 hati (ini amat penting bila makan Raboki yang pedas tu ><)
So bagi penggemar2 makanan Korea, boleh lah try makan kat The Street Cafe ni.Sambil makan boleh joget2 dengar lagu Korea yang kedai ni pasang.Ahaks!=D

of job interviews at company S


Salam.Ohmy I broke my promise again!I once mentioned that I'll tell the story of my interviews kan?But now it's already 2 months since i started working.Oh well.Better late than never, rite?So here goes~ ^^

Interview at company S in Bangi

1st screening - Walk-in interview
It all started with a simple ajakan from my friend that is staying in Bangi. Since aku pun interested dengan company S ni, so aku pun ikut. So we all go to the walk-in interview that Saturday. Walk-in interview tu supposedly start pukul 9 pagi, but then we arrive quite late, around 11 if I'm not mistaken. And the queue? Yes, saaaaangat panjang. After submit CV, we all have to isi borang job application. Suddenly, one person from HR came and tanya is it true yang kitorang from UTP. Kitorang just angguk2.Then suddenly one by one our name got called.Aku just ikut kakak HR tu but then dia bawak aku masuk bilik interview.I walked past a loooong queue and semua orang kat situ pun tgk aku macam nak marah je.Yelah, dahla datang lambat,ak pintas queue diorang lak kan.Sabar je lah, aku pun malas nak peduli. Then, startlah interview session one-to-one.Basically dia just tanya based on CV je.Then proficiency, how much kita tahu about this and that, we have to rate ourselves la.Then the end.

2nd stage - Ability Test and Department Interview
Next Monday, I received a call from HR, said that I passed the 1st screening, and got selected to the 2nd stage of interview. Yeayy suka! So I went there again (Yes to Bangi, all the way from Kelantan TT). And soooo yang menunggu aku ialah 4 set of tests.Aaa banyaknyaaa testtt TT.The types of test if I'm not mistaken is critical reasoning test,english proficiency test,and one with numbers forgot the name.And the last one is .NET + SQL test.Omai2.The last one tu aku bulat2 je.Because aku just tau basic command in SQL and I know nothing about .NET. Then dah habis buat test, it's time for interview. Masuk je bilik interview tu, interviewer ada 3 org.Alamak ramainyaa nak attack aku sorang.Then bermulalah sesi interview tu.I forgot already apa yang diorang tanya.But the interview session last about 40 minutes.Huhhh lega dah habis.

Medical Checkup
Thennnnn the next day I got a call from HR again, said that I passed the interview! Amazing!! I thought takkan lepas dah because of the .NET and SQL test tuuu.But then Alhamdulillah syukur~The HR person told me to come for medical checkup.Medical checkup kena buat dekat company S nye in-house clinic. Erk!But I just got back from KL yesterday..sobsss..so I asked whether I can postpone the checkup and she said the sooner the better.Huhhh so hari tu Jumaat, and Rabu next week I went to Bangi again for medical checkup pulak..And petang medical checkup tu, HR call lagi!! Cakap dah boleh start kerja cause I passed the checkup. And you know what?? Dia sutuh start the next day. Gila apaaaaa aku kena balik Kelantan dulu prepare2.So then aku mintak postponed ke hari Isnin.So on Monday the next week, I started working in company S.

And I can say, I'm happy working here.^^ (although for the first three weeks I was quite sad cause have to tumpang rumah2 org and to move here and there TT)
